Managing Team Members
The Team Members section provides a centralized view of all contacts associated with your organisation for filing coordination, approval workflows, and compliance-related activities.
Use this section to:
- View organizational contacts
- Understand user access and operational visibility
- Identify linked entities and responsibilities
- Monitor workflow participation across filings
Team Members are users from your organisation who may:
- Monitor filing activity
- Participate in approval workflows
- Review filing documents
- Coordinate compliance operations with Addition Compliance (AC)
All team members are configured and managed by the Addition Compliance team.
Adding New Team Members
New users cannot be added directly from the Client Portal.
If additional contacts need to be added:

The AC team will:
- Create the user account
- Configure permissions and access
- Assign operational visibility
- Link appropriate entities and workflow responsibilities
This ensures users receive the correct level of operational access and filing visibility.
