Viewing Filing History
The Filing History section provides a complete record of all completed filings managed by Addition Compliance (AC).
Use this section to:
- Review historical filing activity
- Access submission details
- Download official submission receipts
- Maintain audit and compliance records
This section acts as your archive of completed AC-managed filings.
Only filings that are:
- Managed by Addition Compliance
- Fully completed and submitted
…will appear in Filing History.
Understanding the Filing List
Each row represents a completed filing.
The filing list provides visibility into:
- Filing timelines
- Submission activity
- Filing completion records
- Associated reporting details
Key Information Available
Filing Name & Entity
Displays:
- Filing name
- Associated entity (IM / Fund)
This helps identify which filing belongs to which organizational structure.
Reporting Type & Jurisdiction
Displays:
- Filing category
- Reporting jurisdiction
Useful for:
- Categorization
- Searchability
- Historical reference
Submission Timeline Information
Each filing also includes:
- Submission Due Date
- Submitted On Date
- Filing Completion Date
This provides a complete timeline of when and how the filing was completed.
Download Receipts
Each filing includes a Download Receipts action.
This provides access to official filing submission documents such as:
- Submission confirmations
- Regulatory receipts
- Acknowledgement documents
These documents are commonly used for:
- Audit purposes
- Internal record-keeping
- Compliance verification
Viewing Filing Details
Additional filing information can be accessed using the action icons within the filing row.
Submission Receipts Panel
Selecting the receipts action opens a detailed side panel containing:
- Uploaded submission receipts
- Regulatory acknowledgement files
- Filing confirmation documents
From this panel, you can:
- Preview documents
- Download individual files
- Download all receipts together
Filing Details Panel
The Filing Details panel provides expanded operational information including:
- Reporting type
- Reporting jurisdiction
- Submission timelines

- XML conversion status
- Refiling or lagged data indicators
