Client Onboarding & Invitation Flow
This article explains how your organisation is onboarded into the Addition Compliance (AC) platform and how your users receive access to the Client Portal.
Overview
Before your organisation can begin tracking filings and managing approvals, the Addition Compliance team sets up your organisation within the platform and configures the required access.
This onboarding process ensures:
- Your organisation structure is configured correctly
- Key contacts receive portal access
- Filing workflows and visibility are prepared before operations begin
How Onboarding Works
The Addition Compliance (AC) team creates your organisation in the system and configures the required operational structure.
During onboarding, two primary contacts are typically added:
| Contact Type | Responsibility |
|---|---|
| Primary Contact | Main operational point of contact for your organisation |
| Compliance Contact | Responsible for compliance-related coordination and review workflows |
These contacts receive access to the Client Portal and participate in filing-related activities such as:
- Monitoring filing progress
- Reviewing documents
- Approving submissions
- Managing communication with the AC team
Receiving Your Invitation
Once onboarding is completed:
- Invitation emails are sent to the registered contact email addresses
- This includes both:
- Primary Contacts
- Compliance Contacts
- Each invitation contains a secure link to access the Client Portal
After opening the invitation link, you’ll be guided through:
- Email verification
- Password creation
- First-time account setup
- Invitation links are unique to each user account
- Account setup must be completed before portal access is granted
- If you do not receive the invitation email, check your spam or junk folder first
- Contact the Addition Compliance team if the issue persists
