This article explains how your organisation is onboarded into the Addition Compliance (AC) platform and how your users receive access to the Client Portal.


Overview

Before your organisation can begin tracking filings and managing approvals, the Addition Compliance team sets up your organisation within the platform and configures the required access.

This onboarding process ensures:


How Onboarding Works

The Addition Compliance (AC) team creates your organisation in the system and configures the required operational structure.

During onboarding, two primary contacts are typically added:

Contact Type Responsibility
Primary Contact Main operational point of contact for your organisation
Compliance Contact Responsible for compliance-related coordination and review workflows

These contacts receive access to the Client Portal and participate in filing-related activities such as:

Once onboarding is completed:


What Happens Next

After opening the invitation link, you’ll be guided through:

  • Email verification
  • Password creation
  • First-time account setup
Important Notes

  • Invitation links are unique to each user account
  • Account setup must be completed before portal access is granted
  • If you do not receive the invitation email, check your spam or junk folder first
  • Contact the Addition Compliance team if the issue persists
